Footage for this movie came primarily from my visit to the Experience Music Project's exhibit Nirvana:Taking Punk to the Masses. I visited the exhibit on April 22, 2011, opening week. There were so many things to look at it was hard to focus on anything. As soon as I entered the exhibit, I felt a piece of Kurt. My favorite part of the exhibit is a live recording booth that all Nirvana fans can record their Nirvana Story. I have mine, including the hilarious outtakes, in Part 2 of this 3 part story. Attention: I do not own any rights to the music played in the video. That stands with the artists solely. Also, any images you see either duplicated or my photo/video of images I also do not have rights to. This video is simply my experience, the exhibit from my point of view. Anyone in the Seattle area or planning to visit should seriously consider an afternoon in the EMP. Any music fan can appreciate what they are doing. Furthermore, I'd like to acknowledge a few people and band! s that have helped this story.
